Terms & Conditions Waiver of Liability: I, by checking the box below, hereby release The FINESSE Tang Soo Do Martial Arts Academy, Lena Park CDC, Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center, and any and all persons associated with hosting this event in any capacity, from all liability due to injuries, etc., that may occur as a result of any attendance or participation of the specified event. Furthermore, I hereby waive any compensation whatsoever for the use of pictures, movies, media coverage, etc. utilized by those associated with this event at any time. I clearly understand that the sparring aspect of this sport involves bodily contact and will allow evaluation/treatment for myself/my child by our on-site emergency medical treatment person. I have read, understand and agree to abide by the rules associated with this event, and assume all responsibility and any associated liability for infringement of such rules. Additionally, I am fully aware of my personal medical condition and hereby certify that I am mentally and physically able to compete in said Martial Arts Championship.
